Help with the app

Signing in

Open the email with your ticket. In the app, tap "Scan the QR code in your email", or copy the ticket link into "Paste your ticket link" and tap "Open". There is no password. Can't find the email? Search your inbox for "Cell & Gene Leaders Live", or write to us and we will send it again.

No signal at the venue

Once you have signed in, your ticket and the full programme are saved on your phone, so they work offline. Open the app once before you travel so it has the latest programme.

Reminders

Tap the star on a session to save it. It then appears under My day, and your phone reminds you ten minutes before it starts. If reminders don't appear, check that notifications are allowed for the app in your phone's Settings.

Adding your ticket to Wallet

Tap "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet" on your ticket. Your ticket stays in the app as well.

Using a new phone

Install the app and sign in again with your ticket email. Sessions you saved on your old phone will need saving again.

Removing your information

"Remove ticket from this phone", in the app's Info tab, removes everything from your phone. To ask us to delete your record, write to us. See the app and your privacy.

On the day

The Shard: come in through the Shangri-La entrance, 31 St Thomas Street, London SE1 9QU. Always the 34th floor. Doors open at 08:45.
